Industrial Integrity System

Structured Delivery Process

We eliminate operational variables. Our strict four-phase methodology ensures that every project, from residential fit-outs to £500k commercial mechanical integrations, is delivered precisely to specification.

STEP 01

Enquiry & Technical Scoping

The foundation of a reliable installation is established before our engineers ever arrive on site. During the initial scoping phase, we align our capabilities with your structural requirements, reviewing blueprints, CAD models, and initial loading specifications.

Blueprint Analysis

Rigorous review of architectural drawings to identify potential mechanical or electrical containment conflicts.

Feasibility Check

Initial assessment of timeline, resource allocation, and preliminary compliance viability.

STEP 02

Site Survey & Assessment

We conduct intrusive and non-intrusive on-site assessments to map structural constraints, measure exacting tolerances, and generate comprehensive Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). This allows us to produce a fixed-price contracting quote with zero hidden variations.

Laser Precision Metrics

Mapping site dimensions using laser technology to ensure pre-fabricated containment and supports fit with zero-tolerance error.

Procurement & Logistics

Securing project-specific materials, heavy-duty anchors, and scheduling plant machinery deliveries.

STEP 03

Installation Execution

Deployment of certified engineers to execute the build phase. Operations are conducted strictly adhering to our grid-aligned methodologies, minimizing disruption while maintaining aggressive project schedules.

Structural Grid Alignment

Executing mechanical and electrical routing with strict linear alignment for both safety and industrial aesthetic perfection.

Active Site Management

Enforcing rigorous PPE policies, daily debris clearing, and continuous adherence to CDM 2015 regulations.

STEP 04

Completion & Handover

We do not consider a project finished until it is tested, proven, and certified. The final phase involves a comprehensive quality audit, physical load testing of anchors, and electrical continuity verification.

Compliance Testing

Executing formal electrical tests, structural load verification, and HVAC operational checks.

O&M Documentation

Handover of full Operations and Maintenance manuals, including warranties, test certificates, and compliance sign-offs.

Regulatory Adherence

Contractor Compliance Standards

CoreLink Installations Ltd operates under strict UK health, safety, and building regulations. We provide total peace of mind for site managers and principal contractors by maintaining flawless documentation and operational safety records.
